Vietnam International Township Development JSC (VIDC) is a member of Kuala Lumpur-based Perdana ParkCity Group whose flagship township development is Kuala Lumpur's multi-award winning Desa ParkCity. Established in 2008, VIDC began planning and developing the 77-hectare ParkCity Hanoi. As at July 2015, the company has completed site formation and major infrastructural works, Nadyne Gardens comprising 177 homes. In addition, the company has also started construction of the 1.7-hectare ParkCity Hanoi Community Club and the 4.71-hectare Evelyne Gardens comprising 165 homes.
