Real estate firm Savills has made key management appointments in its Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices with the aim of further strengthening its business lines and enhancing the integrated services it offers to clients across Vietnam.

Tran Minh Ai, who was recently promoted to Director of Property Management in Ho Chi Minh City, has demonstrated her commitment to the continuous improvement of Savills’ property management services in Vietnam to reach truly international standards.

Savills is recognised as the clear market leader in research, valuation and feasibility study services in Vietnam. Do Thi Thu Hang, the newly appointed Associate Director of Research in Hanoi, has successfully continued to expand Savills research portfolio across Vietnam and the region, achieving record revenues in 2015.

With more than eight years working at Savills and a total of 10 years’ experience in real estate property, Duong Duc Hien has been involved with many prestigious developments across Vietnam and currently manages Savills’ experienced residential project marketing teams in Hanoi and Danang. Hien has been appointed as Associate Director of Residential Sales team based in Hanoi.

Neil MacGregor, Managing Director of Savills Vietnam, said, “We congratulate the newly appointed senior team and are confident that their experience and passion will continue to benefit our clients.”

He added that these promotions align well with the company’s plans to develop Vietnamese talent into senior positions, showing its long-term commitment to the Vietnam market.

Savills is the largest real estate practice in Vietnam with offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Savills Vietnam consists of around 800 experienced and professional staff nationwide, and the number is continuing to grow.
