The Real Estate Sales and Marketing Association of Thailand (RESAM) has signed an agreement with its Vietnamese counterpart to enhance cooperation, knowledge sharing and to increase professionalism in the industry.
The signing of the agreement marks a milestone for the real estate industries in both counties, and will benefit Thai property investors in both the residential and commercial real estate sectors.
RESAM plans to provide training to Vietnamese real estate agents to help its industry reach sustainable development, according to local media reports.
The organization is an active supporter of licensing of all real estate agents in Thailand.
