CBRE Vietnam has teamed up with Novaland to be sole agent for Madison – a luxury residential project at 15 Thi Sach, Ben Nghe Ward in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City.
Madison (pictured below) is situated in what is known as the ‘golden land’: the heart of the cultural, administrative and economic center of HCMC, and is surrounded by top commercial centers, office buildings, hotels and serviced apartments. Madison is also considered to be one of the rare projects in the CBD that offers both luxury apartments and office-tel products. The project is set for completion in 2018.
Situated at the corner of Thi Sach and Cao Ba Quat streets in an area of 2,361 sqm, Madison is a luxury complex of apartments, serviced apartments, offices and retail spaces with 19 floors and three basements. Amenities and facilities will be designed to satisfy the elite’s lifestyle, including a rooftop infinity pool and landscaping, BBQ, gym, children’s playground, entertainment and food court areas, offering the most modern services for its residents.
