For the first time in more than 10 years, real estate firm CBRE Vietnam is hosting a new launch in District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City.
The showcase for the Madison project (pictured) is Novaland’s latest development, located at 15 Thi Sach Street in the heart of District 1 – just a three-minute walk from the Park Hyatt Saigon. The development will offer what the agent says will be an upscale living environment right in the center of HCMC.
The last time CBRE Vietnam organized a launch of a prime District 1 condo development was in 2005 when it was involved with The Lancaster and Avalon. Capital values doubled during the following 18 months.
