The historic Hotel Rex in Ho Chi Minh City will host the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2018. The event honours the leading developers, projects, real estate agents and companies that contribute to real estate in the country. The exclusive ceremony is set for 26 July.
After two years of success, this year will see the Dot Property Vietnam Awards hold an exclusive presentation ceremony in order to celebrate Vietnam’s impressive real estate industry. Last year, more than 20 winners were handed awards and even more honours will be given out in 2018.
“We are very excited to announce the expanded Dot Property Vietnam Awards for 2018. This continues the upward trajectory of our awards programme and allows us to celebrate the country’s best real estate developers, projects and agents in style,” Natt Ford, Dot Property Business general manager, explains.
Last year, winners from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Da Nang across several real estate verticals were presented with Dot Property Vietnam Awards. Among the winners was VINestate, the deserving recipient of Best Real Estate Agency Vietnam.
“We respectfully accept this award as an appreciation of our hard work and contribution to the development of the real estate market in Vietnam,” VINestate Co-founder Oleg Morozov said. “We are confident that this award will inspire our company to develop further and we shall continue to provide our customers the most outstanding service.”
An addition for 2018 is the launch of Vietnam’s Best Real Estate Agencies presented by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®. This special section of the awards will showcase the country’s leading real estate agencies.
The Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2018 are organised by Dot Property Vietnam, the country’s fasted growing property portal, and Dot Property Group. The Dot Property Awards series spans Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines and more than 100 winners were honoured in 2017.
There is no better venue for the awards than Hotel Rex. Originally built in 1927 and operated as a car dealership, Hotel Rex has transformed into a District 1 icon over the years. Since being converted into a hotel in 1959, the property has become one of the most popular places to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
