Real estate firm Savills Vietnam has joined forces with Hanoi Water Tower JSC to introduce Hanoi Aqua Central.
According to the company, the five-star hotel and apartment complex will feature a contemporary design and an elegant style, developed across a total area of 6,800 sqm at Yen Phu, Hanoi.
It is expected to attract considerable interest, according to Savills, for those seeking high quality residential property in Hanoi city central.
Located in the Ha Noi Old Quarter, Hanoi Aqua Central will have views overlooking the ancient streets, the West, Truc Bach, Hoan Kiem lakes, the Red river and Long Bien bridge.
The project has immediate connections to key locations in Hanoi and will be 30-minutes from the Noi Bai International Airport via the Yen Phu Street – Nhat Tan Bridge route.
Hanoi Aqua Central will feature one five-star hotel block, one apartment tower with 21 levels and three basements of airy design of a height equivalent to six basements. The project will offer a range of modern facilities including shopping centres, a supermarket, an indoor swimming pool, gym, outdoor play area, playground, kindergarten, café and restaurants.
The 21-level tower will offer 238 apartments and penthouses. All apartments will be designed to embody a sense of luxury, ranging three- to four-bedrooms, all fully-fitted with interiors imported from Europe, Japan and the US.
Flexible payment terms are offered across seven installments with financial support from Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank. Moreover, the first owners will receive special introductory offers. Construction started in Q1/2016 and is expected to handover in Q2/2018.
