The winners for the inaugural Dot Property Vietnam Awards will be announced in May, but it’s not too late to join the country’s most exciting property awards. Established by Dot Property Vietnam, the country’s largest online property portal, the awards are an extension of last year’s successful Dot Property Awards which focused on the “Best of the Best” in Southeast Asian real estate.
This year will be even better with more than 50 awards up for grabs. The Dot Property Vietnam Awards will honour developers, developments, innovation, design and much more while focusing on the entire country including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Danang and Dalat.
Last year’s awards had several amazing sponsors including The Teka Group, one of the world’s leading kitchen and bathroom appliance companies. Revisiting last year’s winners
A number of Vietnam’s most prestigious projects were honoured last year including The Dàlat at 1200 Country Club & Private Estate. The project is known for offering some of the best views in all of Asia and has an easy process in place for foreign buyers.
Another winner from 2016 was Novaland’s Lakeview City in Ho Chi Minh City. Facilities at the project include a shopping centre, swimming pool, sport and community area, security systems, a kindergarten, a primary school and a high school.
