Savills has been appointed to conduct sales for an ultra-exclusive villa development that was recently named “Best Resort Villa Development” in the Vietnam Property Awards.
Developed by Jen Tuan Chau CoLtd, a joint-venture between Jen Capital and the Tuan Chau Group, Caye Sereno (pictured) is located within in the UNESCO heritage’s Ha Long Bay in Northern Vietnam.
The project has been designed by one of the world’s most famous architects, Marcio Kogan, and each villa has fantastic views of the iconic limestone karsts.
Located at the southern edge of Tuan Chau island, the luxury property comprises of 18 signature villas divided into two main design styles: Marina Villas and Sea Villa. They range in size from 572 sqm up to 1,519 sqm and have between three- and six-bedrooms over two or three floors.
Caye Sereno combines freehold title, beach front access, world-class vistas, international-acclaimed architecture and direct road access from Hanoi and Hai Phong.
As both Hanoi and Hai Phong go from economic strength to strength, and with daily direct domestic and international flights from Noi Bai international airport (in Hanoi) and Cat Bi domestic airport (in Hai Phong), the demand for projects such as Caye Sereno is expected to positively grow in the coming years, according to the real estate firm.
