Why has Danang become a property hotspot?

Danang is receiving unprecedented attention as it becomes a property hotspot.

With tourism on the up, more attention is being thrusted to parts of the country other than Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. One of these places is Danang. The third largest city in the country situated mid way up the coast in Central Vietnam. Aside from its buzzing port, the city is deemed to be the most livable city in the country. Growing into an exciting metropolis, the city has deep colonial roots as shown by its wide tree-lined boulevards.

The swathes of sandy My Khe Beach are ideal for beach worshippers. The backdrop of the Ba Na Mountains provide a scenic outlook and ideal for adventurers looking to explore. There are nature parks, museums, tropical rain forests and plenty of attractions in the city.

The city hosts an international food festival. Plus an annual international fireworks festival. Drawing in crowds to partake in these events creates more business for the tourist industry. Aside from its long list of appealing activities, Danang’s geographic location means that it has a good climate year round too.

As such this is probably one of the fastest changing cities in Vietnam. Development firmly has a foothold in the region with gleaming new hotels and residential addresses. Its accessibility to the airport makes it a hub for the region. Flights operate from within the country but further afield too including Siem Reap, Macau, Taipei, Seoul, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur. This firmly marks Danang on the tourist map and a short hop for those seeking a holiday getaway.

Investment has had happened on a large scale in Danang. The residential market has welcomed new products to meet with demand. The real estate industry is drawing the eyes of those regionally and internationally keen to be a part of this growing market. Its status as the central Vietnam economic powerhouse continues to propel the property market spurred with the growth of tourism. It is no wonder than many investors are looking to dip their toes in this fast changing market.
