We need for rent 03-bedrooms apartment (139m2) located on 24th floor, Imperia An Phu residence, An Phu ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh city.
The main entrance of apartment have the West side and all windows of all areas have the East, East South side.
All area as Living room, 03 bedrooms have large windows and all windows are double layer glass to help anti the noise and anti the hot weather from outside.
Our apartment is modern fully furnished, details as below:

1. Kitchen: Bosch induction on top, Direct drinking water machine of Unilever company, Refrigerator, microwave, Cooker and all dishes for 06 adults.
2. Dining area: beside kitchen and have 01 dining table for 06 adults
3. Living room: 01 modern sofa, 01 Smart TV 50 inch with HD Setop box and 01 corner desk.
4. Master bedroom: have private bathroom, 01 king size bed, Closet, Desk with mirror, 01 Smart TV 40 inch with HD Setop box 
5. Bedroom 2nd: The renter can choose owner will prepare for you 02 single beds or 01 double bed.
6. Bedroom 3rd: The apartment decoration this room is Working area, this room have 02 large corner desk, document cabinet enough for 02 adults can working at the same time and document cabinet can using for all members.
7. All locker of 3 bedrooms is Smart lock with Password or Key card. These locker is SAMSUNG brand.
8. Locker of Apartment entrance have Fingerprint function, key card, ... help all members more convenience, 
9. All area: Living room, 03-bedrooms have Panasonic ceiling fan.
10. Washing room: have 01 Washing machine 12kg and have windows to get windy from out side lobby.
11. Warehouse: this area 4m2 and have Iron shelf for you can store large luggage, child's bicycle and another equipment,...

THE APARTMENT FOR RENT FEE WITH THESE OPTION:

A. OPTION 1: 36,000,000 VND per month are inclusive: Management and Internet fee. Cleaning fee of Air-conditioner every 6 months and Cleaning fee of Sofa every 6 months, replace new batteries of all devices every 1 year.

B. OPTION 2: 42,000,000 VND per month are inclusive: HOUSE KEEPING FEE (We cleaning apartment 03 times per week, change the linens of bed each 02 weeks, VAT Tax, Management and Internet fee, Cleaning fee of Air-conditioner every 6 months and Cleaning fee of Sofa every 6 months, replace new batteries of all devices every 1 year.
C. THE RENT FEE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE: VAT Tax, Electric, Water, and other fee (outside index A or Index B) using by renter
