Japanese housing developer enters Vietnam!!!

The Japanese firm inked an investment partnership agreement with Tien Phat Real Estate Investment Corporation in HCMC. 
⭐️Ascent Lakeside capitalized at about US$25 million will be the first luxury apartment project in which they are involved. 
⭐️Situated on Nguyen Van Linh Highway in District 7, the project comprises a 22-storey block with 108 apartments and 72 offices.
⭐️Spanning over 4,063 square meters, Ascent Lakeside has parking basements, kindergarten, supermarket, gym and spa, and restaurants and coffee shops. 
⭐️The project will be managed under Japanese standards when it is put into use.
