* For Shophouse: there are 3 options
1. Customer receives handover finished outside and rough inside, only apply to some special cases. Customers must commit to finishing the interior in 9-12 months, there will be a penalty clause attached to this commitment. After that customer can run their own business.
2. Basic finishing package: include walls, paints, ceilings, floors, and basic electrical systems. Excludes air conditioning, sanitary equipment, decorative lights. Basic finishing price: VND 6 million / sqm of construction floor (excluding VAT). Customers self-finshed and self-business.
3. Hotel business finishing package: including air-conditioners, furniture, sanitary equipment, hotel-equipped equipment. Price for this package: VND 11 million / sqm of construction floor (excluding VAT). Meliã Hotels will operate and share 70/30 profit (70% of profit before tax to customers).*** 5% discount on the selling price for all options. Plus 5% discount on the selling price for option 3.
Price:
- Villa: VND 24.7 - 45.9 billion (USD 1.06 - 1.97 million). Included VAT and high-end interior finishing.
- Shophouse: VND 11.1 - 21.8 billion (USD 477 - 937 thousand). Included VAT, excluded interior finishing packages.
