The intelligient layout design has maximized natural lighting and ventilation for the public space, bedrooms and utility zone of each apartment.
With the target of young, dynamic customers with consistent income , the designer has decided the suitable apartment area from 50 to 65 m2. The layout is designed to have toilets, kitchens and utility zones either located around the building core or along the corridor. That leaves large spaces for flexible arrangement suitable for each customer and also for specific periods of life.
