Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2024 Ignites Real Estate Businesses on Their Journey to Build a Foundation for Vietnam’s New Real Estate Cycle

On September 26, at The Reverie Saigon, the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2024 was successfully held, gathering nearly 200 guests, including senior leaders representing the award-winning real estate enterprises and projects, the awards advisory board, real estate experts, sponsors, media partners, charitable partners, and a large number of journalists.

The Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2024, under the theme “Sustainable Development: Building the Foundation for Vietnam’s New Real Estate Cycle,” reflects the urgent need for real estate businesses to transform their development models. Sustainable development is not only a global trend but also the only path for real estate businesses to survive and thrive amidst market fluctuations. This year’s awards honor pioneering enterprises that have been tirelessly working to build a solid foundation for the new development cycle, contributing to the recovery and future prosperity of Vietnam’s real estate market.

Two of the most prestigious award categories have gone to two of Vietnam’s leading real estate enterprises, symbolizing their pioneering role amid the current economic crisis. While the real estate market faces many challenges, the presence of companies like Vinhomes and Sun Group plays a leading role, generating positive momentum for the entire industry.

Vinhomes convincingly wins Developer of the Year Vietnam 2024

Excelling in winning the most prestigious award, “Developer of the Year Vietnam 2024” at the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2024, Vinhomes left a significant mark with its outstanding efforts in sustainable development and its substantial contributions to both Vietnam’s real estate industry and community social activities.

Sun Group also stood out by shaping real estate development trends through the Sun Urban City project. The superior facilities are built based on the local cultural identity, committed to preserving traditional Vietnamese family values, thereby creating a cohesive and growing community.

Sustainable development was the key evaluation criterion for selecting the winners, alongside other important factors such as: (1) Green living environments; (2) Regional and local economic development; (3) Cultural and social development; and (4) Human values & emphasis on people-centric factors. In 2024, the Organizing Committee highly appreciated leading Vietnamese real estate enterprises for their sustainable business models despite market fluctuations, as well as their innovation and adaptability in overcoming difficulties and skillfully adjusting to the new market phase.

Many of Vietnam’s leading real estate enterprises consider sustainable development as their guiding principle in business and growth. The Sustainable Leadership Awards 2024 were awarded to top companies like Phu My Hung, Nam Long Group, DOJILAND, and Cat Tuong Group, recognizing their persistence and resilience. They not only prioritize human values but also focus on economic, cultural, and social development, thereby elevating the areas where they develop their projects.

The winning projects of 2024 partly reflect the real estate market’s project development trends. The main trend today is clearly the development of model satellite urban areas, focusing on modern utility systems, contributing to elevating the locality. The number of high-quality projects is increasing, offering reasonable prices to meet the real housing needs of the people. Additionally, some investors have developed ultra-luxury projects, redefining the high-end lifestyle. Moreover, projects focusing on recreating local cultural identities have garnered great goodwill and received a warm welcome from investors. Many prominent projects representing these trends include BV Bavella Green Park, The Sapphire Mansions, DIC Victory City Hau Giang, TT AVIO, An Huy My Viet, and others.

This year marks the third consecutive year that the Dot Property Vietnam Awards has continued to uphold and promote the spirit of sustainable development, with a commitment to fulfilling this mission until 2030. In particular, in 2024, the program emphasizes spreading this spirit, motivating and empowering real estate enterprises to enhance their awareness and thoroughly prepare for a new cycle of Vietnam’s real estate market, which will bring many opportunities but also challenges and difficulties.

In the panel discussion on the topic “Sustainable Development: Building the Foundation for a New Cycle of Vietnam’s Real Estate,” leading industry experts discussed issues such as: perspectives on the positive signals for the recovery and development of Vietnam’s real estate market in the next five-year cycle; the core factors that bring sustainable real estate products and lifelong value to customers, etc. Through this discussion, the program aims to share the most valuable information for real estate businesses to reference and make the most thorough preparations for Vietnam’s new real estate cycle.
