Organised by Dot Property Vietnam, the country’s fastest growing property portal, the inaugural Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2017 honoured the absolute best projects, developers and companies that contribute to real estate in the country.
“We would like to congratulate all the winners at The Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2017. There was no shortage of qualified projects to choose from, and those honoured truly deserve it. Being named a winner at The Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2017 sets these projects and companies apart in the eyes of both domestic and international consumers who trust Dot Property Vietnam for its unmatched knowledge of the country’s real estate market,” Joe Kheng, Dot Property Vietnam Country Manager, proclaimed.
Novaland received the award for Best Developer Vietnam, the highest honour at The Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2017. The renowned developer was rewarded for its diverse portfolio of projects that range from luxurious villa complexes to affordable condominiums. Additionally, two of the firm’s projects picked up awards, including Best Luxury Residential Development that went to Lakeview City.
Dalat is one of Southeast Asia’s most beautiful regions with lush landscapes and cool weather making it a popular destination. Dai Phuc Development was voted Best Developer Dalat with the firm’s La Vallee de Dalat project redefining residential real estate in the region. The development transports residents to a bygone era with the elegant craftsmanship and romantic design found at the project’s French colonial-style homes.
“We are thrilled and proud that our project is being recognised by such a prestigious organisation, as we know Dot Property Vietnam to be. It is very rewarding to have our vision and hard work recognised,” Dai Phuc Development CEO Barry Israel explains.
National Housing Organization was presented with three awards: Best Developer Hanoi, Best Residential Architecture Design for Dragon Hill City and Best Condo Development for Imperial Place. Dragon Hill City has set the standard when it comes to residential architecture design while Imperial Place meets international standards and features high-quality construction.
Prominent developers FLC Group and Sacomreal were named as Leaders of Real Estate. The special award was created to highlight developers who go above and beyond the status quo and positively contribute to Vietnam’s real estate market.
Winners are selected by Dot Property Vietnam and the regionally focused Dot Property Magazine who evaluate every candidate based on a number of factors created specifically for each individual category.
“The interest and support we have received for The Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2017 was really impressive despite this being the first year. Our simple, straightforward approach proved to be popular with all parties involved and has set the foundation for future success,” Kheng added.
