Owners at Nobu Da Nang Residences can join a rental program (obligatory for studio, 1 and 2-bedroom units):
Owners shall receive 40% of revenue and 45 points annually of which 15 points may be given away to third-party guests, while the remaining 30 are only allowed for the owner and the owner’s family to follow the schedule:
